For those of us living in different parts of the world, travelling or simply not having it to getting up and rushing to a busy studio in the early morning or late evening. Live online yoga sessions are available via Zoom several times a week.


What you need for the sessions: 

Prepare a non-slippery mat or another surface, pillow or towel, water.

Nidra Night

Yoga Nidra – a restorative rest meditation technique, an ancient practice originating in India dating back to around 1000 BC. Step by step we are slowly relaxing the body and mind while maintaining awareness.


The technique is beneficial for improving our senses & awareness, relieving muscular, emotional and mental tension, relaxing & restoring for the mind and body, ensuring optimal functioning of the endocrine system, clearing our subconscious, etc.

About the practice & teacher

Inspired by shapes and structures, Nusa found inspiration for her work in many forms of animate and inanimate nature. Shapeless rocks, crafted by wind, sea and time, standing on the shore, became an inspiration for her classes. She related their magnificence with our human existence, always changing, finding balance through accepting our edges. Powerful presence of shapeless zen balanced rocks represented pure being in space and time. It made her think that we need to show up for ourselves, return to ourselves, come home.

Grow Light Yoga sessions offer both, a deep spiritual experience through meditation, yoga Nidra, healing sounds of Mantras, Himalayan singing bowls and releasing pain and tension through Asanas. In classes or private consultations, she is able to offer a peaceful experience of our journey inwards to experience a release of everything that does not serve us. She believes that with the practice of yoga we unfold the wail that covers up light in us.

Nusa completed her 200 hours YTT with Debbie Avani, Avani Academy in 2017. Since then she has been deepening her knowledge and practice in many teacher trainings and workshops. Nusa brings into her classes the elements of restorative yoga, enabling the body of greater support and deeper relaxation. She is an iRest® Level 1 Teacher, informed by the teachings of Richard Miller and the iRest Institute (IRI). Nusa has been practicing yoga Nidra meditation for years and is determined to actively promote this restorative rest meditation technique. Experiencing the healing energy of sound herself, Nusa's path has been greatly influenced by the teachings of Lola Lhamo, Sound Energy Medicine Practitioners Association (SEMPA). Nada yoga with singing bowls became an essential part of her classes. Nusa continues her trainings and develops her practice of yoga Nidra and with SEMPA.
